Managing your health online

There are tasks you can do online, :

• order repeat prescriptions

For these, you can use your Patient Services account. You can access them using their websites or apps.

We will be changing our clinical IT system early in the new year and you will be requird to re-register for online services. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause but it is beyond our control. 

To set up Patient Services for the first time:

• download and complete a registration form
• visit the surgery with photo ID so we can confirm your identity
• we will give you a username and password
• go to Patient Services or use the app to register
